EXPERIENCE:  
     
Mr. Spadafora joined Historic Restoration, Inc. in 1999 bringing with him thirty-seven years of experience in accounting.  His experience covers six years of audit and taxation, twelve years with a real estate development and construction company and twelve years with a manufacturing company where he served as Controller, CFO and than Executive Vice President.

Mr. Spadafora has the overall responsibility for financial reporting, taxation compliance requirements, and general accounting.

Mr. Spadafora is a licensed certified public accountant.
